HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1984-10-01 NECESSITY ALEXANDER 21213 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ALEXANDER AND SUNBURY, SOUTH OF FIVE MILE TO JAMISON, SECTION 24 On October 1, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7.06 P.M Present• Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor and Peter A Ventura Absent• Robert D Bennett The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Alexander and Sunbury, south of Five Mile to Jamison, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately thirty-five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider- ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.34 P M , October 1, 1984 4o4tf ) -d2 ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
