MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY SUPERIOR ROBOTIC
TRANSPORTERS, INC. FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION
CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 18
On October 1, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Tlvonia, Michigan and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7.44 P M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E
McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor and Peter A
Ventura. Absent: Robert D Bennett
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Superior Robotic Trans-
porters, Inc covering new industrial facilities to be located within City
of Livonia Industrial Development District No 18
There were approximately twelve people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:47 P M , October 1, 1984
