HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1984-11-28 NECESSITY FAIRFIELD 21331 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FAIRFIELD, SIX MILE TO CURTIS, SECTION 10 On November 28, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.58 P M Present: Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Fairfield, Six Mile to Curtis, Section 10, City of Livonia, Michigan LThere were approximately seventy people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
