HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1984-11-14 PETITION 1984-08-01-25 21315 MINUTES OF PUBLTC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On November 14, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:17 P.M. Present: Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: Fernon P Feenstra. Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled The President stated that in accordance with the Provisions set forth in Section of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M.S.A. Section 5 2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance. Petition No 84-8-1-25 submitted by Augusto M. Tartaglia and Robert Zaschak for a change of zoning of property located on the east side of Middlebelt Road, south of Six Mile Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13 from RUF to P.S (Rural Urban Farm to Professional Service) The Public Hearing wasdeclared closed at 7.50 P.M , November 14, 1984 '40444Stf )1°C704 ROBERT F.
