MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETI'11ONS On October 30, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 05 P M Present were Gerald Taylor, Robert E McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent: Robert R Bishop Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15 ) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M.S.A. Section 5 2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change of zoning Petition 84-1-1-2 submitted by the City Planning Commission for a change of zoning of property located north of Six Mile Road, east of Wayne Road in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9 from P L to R-4B (Public Land to One Family Residential 90' x 130' ) Petition 84-4-1-14 submitted by the Livonia Community Credit Union for a change of zoning of property located on the east side of Farmington Road between Five Mile Road and Roycroft in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15 from C-4 and R-1 to C-2 (High Rise Commercial - 4 Stories and One Family Residential to General Business). Petition 84-7-1-20 submitted by the City Planning Commission for a change of zoning of property located on the northeast corner of Six Mile and Haggerty Roads in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7 from C-2 to P S (General Business to Professional Service) Petition 84-7-1-22 submitted by Leo and Elsie Ligenza for a change of L zoning of property located on the east side of Stark Road, north of Plymouth Road in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28 from C-1 to R-1 (Local Business to One Family Residential) 21279 Petition 84-7-1-23 submitted by the City Planning Commission for a change of zoning of property located on the south side of Six Mile Road between the 1-275 Freeway and Laurel Park Drive South in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18 from C4-1 and R-3-B to C-2 (Hi-Rise Commercial and One Family Residential to General Business) Petition 84-7-1-24 submitted by John and Jacqueline Mathews for a change of zoning of property located on the south side of Dardanella between Middlebelt Road and Grimm Avenue in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12 from RUF to R-6 (Rural Urban Farm-One Family Residential to Two Family Residential) The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 56 A M., October 30, 1984.
