MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1 (Wonderland Shopping Center Venture
Limited Partnership c/o Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc )
On December 3 , 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7:35 P.M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and
Peter A. Ventura Absent: None
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Commercial Redevelopment
District No 1, Wonderland Shopping Center Venture Limited Partnership c/o
Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc
There were approximately four people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 54 P M. , December 3, 1.984
