MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 83-9-2-34 (Waiver Use)
On January 9, 1964, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Thivonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 9 46 P.M. Present. Robert R Bishop, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice
Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura Absent

The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Pdblic Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
a use permit submitted by John Dinan requesting waiver use approval to construct
general office buildings on the east side of Farmington Road between Lyndon and
Dive Mile Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, City of Livonia
There were approximately twenty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10.13 P M., January 9, 1984
