MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS
110 On July 25, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.16 P.M. Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A.
Ventura.
Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to
the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and
all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been
fulfilled
The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set
forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended,
lbwthe Zoning Act (M.S.A. Section 5 2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia
is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning
Ordinance.
Petition No 83-4-1-11, submitted by John Colucci for a change of
Zoning of property located on the west side of Farmington Road south of Plymouth
Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, from RUF to P S (Rural Urban Farm to
Professional Service )
Petition No 83-4-1-10, submitted by Columbus Development Company, Inc ,
for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Schoolcraft Road
between Richfield and Hix in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, from R-1 to P S
(One Family Residential to Professional Service)
Petition No 83-3-6-2, submitted by the City Planning Commission on
its own motion to amend Section 9 02 and 9 03 of Zoning Ordinance ##5543 by incor-
porating general office in P S zoning districts
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 28 P M , July 25, 1983
