MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
ii, APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CL"ERTIFICATE
On July 25, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8 02 P M Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P Feenstra,
Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing to consider the
Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate by Allmand Associates,
Inc
There were approximately thirty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
Lo tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 10 P.M , July 25,
1983
