MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON STARK ROAD BUILDING DEMOLITION
On March 28, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 48 P.M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura
Absent. Alice Gundersen.
The City Clerk has mailed notices to those people affected and all
other requirements of Section 15 52 120 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances have
been fulfilled The President stated that the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the demolition of a building located at 9436 Stark Road, Section 33,
City of Livonia
There were approximately twenty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The PUblic Hearing was declared closed at 10:21 P.M., March 28, 1984
