MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 83-8-2-33 (Waiver Use)
On October 31, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8.27 P.M. Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Basney & Smith Inc requesting waiver use approval to
construct and operate a Burger King Restaurant on the south side of Plymouth Road,
east of Wayne Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, City of Livonia
There were approximately fifteen people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 30 P.M , October 31, 1983.
