MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 83-7-2-30 (Waiver Use)
On October 10, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 55 P M. Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent
Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a use permit submitted by Arbor Drugs, Inc requesting waiver use approval to
utilize an SDD license in connection with a drug store proposed to be located
in the Livonia Mall Shopping Center on the Northwest corner of Seven Mile and
Middlebelt in the S E 1/4 of Section 2 zoned C-2.
There were approximately eighteen people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:07 P.M ROBERT F. NASH, City Clerk
