MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 83-6-2-24 (Waiver Use)
On October 10, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8:04 P.M Present. Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent
Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Michael Karas, President, F & G, Inc requesting waiver
Imr use approval to utilize a Class C Liquor license in connection with an existing
restaurant located within the Wonderland Shopping Center at the Southwest corner
of Plymouth and Middlebelt Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, City of Livonia.
There were approximately twenty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 22 P.M. , October 10, 1983
