HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1983-07-11 SAD FLAMINGO 20426 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPRO Di ON FLAMINGO A , B LYNDON AND NYE COURT, SECTION 23, CITY OF LIVONIA, MICHIGAN On July 11, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.02 P.M. Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett and Teter A Ventura Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Ftblic Improve- ments, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement on Flamingo, between Lyndon and Nye Court, Section 23, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately thirty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
