MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO 1
(George M. Marston and Genevieve A Marston)
On March 16, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 03 P M Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Alice
Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent Fernon P Feenstra
and Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Commercial Redevelopment
District No 1, pursuant to Act No 255 of the Public Acts of 1978 petitioned
imo for by George M. Marston and Genevieve A. Marston
There were approximately thirty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 45 P.M., March 16, 1983
