MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 80-1-2-1 (Waiver Use)

On May 2, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9.39 P.M. Present: Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon
P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A.
Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and, sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
a use permit submitted by Hugh Leavell requesting waiver use approval to use an
existing building located on the south side of Seven Mile Road between Loveland
Land Mayfield in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, City of Livonia.
There was no one present to speak to the issue.
A transcript of the hearing is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The PUblic Hearing was declared closed at 9:40 P.M., May 2, 1983.
