MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 83-4-2-16 (Waiver Use)
On July 11, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
CivicCenter Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 9.07 P.M. Present: Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A
Ventura. Absent. None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Daniel M. Robin requesting waiver use approval to utilize
an SDM license in connection with a party store proposed to be located on the
southeast corner of Plymouth and Levan Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32,
City of Livonia.
There were approximately twenty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The PUblic Hearing was declared closed at 9.52 P.M., July 11, 1983
