HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1983-06-20 SAD WAYNE 20403 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE .ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT ON WAYNE ROAD, SEVEN MILE SOUTH 1,000 FEET IN THE NORTHWEST i/4 of SECTION 8 AND NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 9 On June 20, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 33 P.M. Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement consisting of a 22' wide full-depth asphalt pavement with concrete curbs and gutters, widening to 42' wide at the Seven Mile inter- section (Alternate III) on Wayne Road, Seven Mile south 1,000 feet in the Northwest l/4 of Section 8 and the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9 , city of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately six people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 47 P.M., June 20, 1983 2z4144G ROBERT F NASH, City Clerk
