HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1983-06-08 SAD JOY SUB 20387 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS AT INTERSECTIONS IN NEW JOY SUBDIVISION AND NEW JOY SUBDIVISION NO. 2 IN THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 32 On June 8, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.10 P.M. Present: Robert E McCann, Gerald D. Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent: Peter A Ventura The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of FUblic Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Roll relative to the installation of two (2) high pressure sodium lights on davitt poles with underground wiring at the intersections of Lionel and Dover and Dover and Crown in the New Joy Subdivision, New Joy Subdivision No. 2 and Schulgren Subdivision No 3 in the South 1/2 of Section 32, City of Livonia There were four people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 18 P.M., June 8, 1983 Robert F Nash, City Clerk
