HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1982-09-20 NECESSITY OSMUS 20013 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF OSMUS AVENUE FROM EIGHT MIT,F TO PEMBROKE IN SECTION 3 lig On September 20, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:46 P. M. . Present. Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Peter A. Ventura The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improve- ments, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for street improvement on Osmus Avenue from Eight Mile to Pembroke, in the N.E 1/4 of Section 3, City of Livonia, Michigan There were thirty-five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
