HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1982-09-20 NECESSITY BRENTWOOD 2001+ MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BRENTWOOD AVENUE SOUTH OF SEVEN MITE ROAD IN SECTION 12 On September 20, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9:04+ P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D Bennett. Absent. Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improve- ments, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for street improvement on Brentwood Avenue, South of Seven Mile Road, in the N. W. 1/4 of Section 12, City of Livonia, Michigan There were twenty-three people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
