HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1982-11-10 NECESSITY TANGLEWOOD SUB 20095 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN TANGLEWOOD SUBDIVISION IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 20 On November 10, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:37 P M. Present: Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: Alice Gundersen The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity relative to installing street lights in the Tanglewood Subdivision, in the S E 1/4 of Section 20, T 1S , R 9E, City of Livonia. There were approximately seven people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 55 P M , November 10, 1982 1/04(141/47.
