MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS
On December 8, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7.00 P M. Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon
P Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent•

Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior
to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed
change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
have been fulfilled
The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth
in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the
low
Zoning Act (M S A Section 5 2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia
is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning
Ordinance
Petition No 82-8-1-11, submitted by Kathleen McCann for a change of
zoning of property located on the south side of Eight Mile Road between Farmingtcn
Road and Shadyside in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 3 from R-3A to C-2
Petition No 82-8-1-12, submitted by Daniel A Lord Holding Corporation
for a change of zoning of property located on the North side of Schoolcraft Road
between Eckles Road and the I-96 Freeway in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19 from
R-1 to P
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 14 P M. , December 8, 1982
