MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
HALLFR, CAMDEN & HARTEL AVENUES, NORTH OF PLYMOUTH ROAD IN SECTION 25
On January 10, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8:02 P.M. Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A.
Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvement, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
necessity for street improvement of Haller, Camden & Hartel Avenues, North of Plymouth
Road in the South 1/2 of Section 25, City of Mivonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 45 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 .42 P M. , January 10, 1983
