MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETT11ON NO 82-10-2-34
On January 31, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7.03 P.M. Present. Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett
Absent: Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing
relative to a use permit submitted by George Klein and Jack Shenkman, Livonia
Mall, requesting permission to construct and operate a video game room in the
Community Room of Livonia Mall located on the Northwest corner of Seven Mile
and Middlebelt Roads in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 2, City of Livonia
There were approximately six people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.23 P M. , January 31, 1983.
