MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION
Lig STREET LIGHTS AT INTERSECTIONS IN THE NEW JOY SUBDIVISION, NEW JOY
SUBDIVISION NO 2 AND SCHULGREN SUBDIVISION NO. 3 IN SECTION 32
On February 7, 1983, the above hearing was held, at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Tjvonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 :15 P.M Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gunderson, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett and
Peter A. Ventura Absent. None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity
relative to installing street lights at the intersections of Lionel and Dover, and
Dover and Crown in the New Joy Subdivision, New Joy Subdivision No 2 and
Schulgren Subdivision No 3 in the South 1/4 of Section 32, City of Livonia
There were approximately fifty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.18 P.M. , February 7, 1983.
