HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1983-02-07 SAD TANGLEWOOD SUB 20195 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN TANGLEWOOD SUBDIVISION 161 IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20 On February 7, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 19 P M. Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura Absent. None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of PUblic Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting with high pressure sodium lights (Colonial design) with underground wiring in Tanglewood. Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 20, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately fifty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:32 P.M., February 7, 1983 2'1614-1 lif4eff119:f,sh, City Clerk
