MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION
CERTIFICATION, DISTRICT NO 9 (Hy-Form Products, Inc )
On May 24, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7 43 P M Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and
Peter A Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on consideration
of an application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certification,
District No 9, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as
amended, petitioned for by Hy-Form Products, Inc.
There was no one present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 45 P.M.
