MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 82-4-8-10 (Site Plan)
On July 19, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 38 P M Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gunderserr, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett
Absent• Peter A Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to an appeal submitted for James B Sutherland requesting approval of all plans
required by Section 18 47 submitted in connection with a proposal to utilize
property located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Middlebelt Road
and Parkville for parking purposes
There were approximately eight people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 02 P M, , July 19, 1982
