HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1982-05-17 SAD WENTWORTH 19856 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF WENTWORTH AVENUE BETWEEN MERRIMAN ROAD AND HENRY RUFF IN SECTION 14+ On May 17, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:00 P. M. . Present: Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen and Robert R. Bishop. Absent. Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Wentworth Avenue between Merriman Road and Henry Ruff in Section 14, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately forty-five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
