HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1981-12-14 PETITION 1981-09-02-21 19661 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 81-9-2-21 (Waiver Use) LIR On December 14, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 10:01 P. M. . Present Robert D. Bennett, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A Ventura. Absent: Robert F. Nash. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Joan Thatcher Trost requesting permission to locate a restaurant within an existing building situated on the south side of Plymouth Road between Stark and Farmington Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, City of Livonia. There were ten people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10:31 P.
