MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 81-8-2-18 (Waiver Use)

On November 12, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 57 P M. Present Robert D. Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald
Taylor, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A Ventura. Absent: Alice
Gundersen.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of
Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use
permit submitted by Stephen A. Warehime for Bob Evans Farms, Inc. requesting
permission to construct a restaurant on the northwest corner of Middlebelt and School-
L_ craft in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23 as a waiver use, City of Livonia.
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 30 P M. , November 12, 1981
