MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 81-7-2-16 (Waiver Use)
On November 12, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called, to order by the President
of the Council at 8.46 P. M. Present : Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald
Taylor, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: Alice
Gundersen.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of
Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a use
permit submitted by Michael Neubauer requesting permission to construct an auto wash
on the east side of Farmington Road, south of Eight Mile Road in the Northwest 1/4
of Section 3, City of Livonia
There were approximately 22 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcipt of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 56 P M. , November 12, 1981.
