MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN FOR
LART VAN FURNITURE TECH PLAZA, INC PROJECT
INCLUDING ISSUANCE OF LIMITED OBLIGATION REVENUE BONDS
On August 18, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 7 55 P M Present Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald Taylor,
Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura Absent. None
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this City
should approve the Project Plan recommended by The Economic Development Corporation
of the City of Livonia, consisting of the construction of a one-story building,
54,000 square feet, retail furniture store on 3 4 acres of land at the Southeast
corner of Seven Mile and Melvin
There were approximately twenty people present
LQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 15 P M , August 18, 1980
