HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1980-08-25 SAD BICENTENNIAL ESTATES 18824 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTING IN BICENTENNIAL ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 4 On August 25, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9 40 P. M. Present Robert D. Bennett, Gerald D. Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert; R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann, and Peter A. Ventura. Absent. Robert F. Nash. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401 as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting system on davitt poles with underground wiring in Bicentennial Estates Subdivision in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 4, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately ten people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
