HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1980-08-25 SAD CROWN 18826 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TIE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ONE STREET LIGHT AT INIERSECI1ON OF CROWN AND NORTHFIELD IN SECTION 32 On August 25, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9 46 P. M. Present. Robert D. Bennett, Gerald D. Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A. Ventura. Absent . Robert F. Nash. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of one 100 watt high pressure sodium light on an ornamental pole at the idrsection of Crown and Northfield in the S. E. 1/4 of Section 32, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately ten people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consieration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the CityClerk.
