HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1980-09-08 SAD GREENLAND 18854 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE ROAD IMPROVEMENT OF GREENLAND AVENUE IN SECTION 14 On September 8, 1980, the above hearing was held, at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 47 P. M. Present Robert D. Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the road improvement of Greenland Avenue in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 14, City of Livonia, Mighigan. There were approximately twenty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
