HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1980-07-21 SAD FIVE-ELM 18747 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT IN FIVE-ELM PARK SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 24 On July 21, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the Council at 8 31 P. M Present Robert R Bishop, Robert F Nash, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura Absent: Robert D Bennett The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement in Five-Elm Park Subdivision in Section 24, City L of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately one hundred and twenty-five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 25 P M , July 21, 1980 I I ADDISON W.
