AND ELMWOOD FARMS SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 2
On June 30, 1980, the above hearing was held, at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8.19 P M Present: Robert D Bennett, Gerald Taylor, Ali-_!e Gundersen,
Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura Absent Robert F Nash and Robert R
Bishop
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment
Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for a
Lstreet improvement in Storm & Fowlers Country Crest and Elmwood Farms Subdivision in
the N.E 1/4 of Section 2, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately thirty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.20 P M , June 30, 1980
