HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1981-01-12 NECESSITY SHERWOOD FOREST 19040 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN SHERWOOD FOREST SUBDIVISION IN S.W 1/4 of SECTION 9 On January 12, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 00 P M. Present Robert D. Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann and Peter A. Ventura The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity relative to installing street lights in Sherwood Forest Subdivision, in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 9, T. 1 S , R. 9 E. , City of Livonia. There were approximately six people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:15 P.
