FRANCIS RIGHT-OF-WAY IN SECTION 1 On June 16, 1980, the above hearing was held, at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the Council at 8 .00 P. M. Present: Robert R. Bishop, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D. Taylor, Alice Gundersen and Robert E. McCann. Absent. Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for installation of street lights consisting of two 175 watt, mercury vapor lights on existing wood poles within the St. Francis right-of-way, north of Long, inthe N.E. 1/4 of Section 1, City of Livonia, Michigan. There was no one present. Questions and, comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 03 P. M., June 16, 1980. ADDISON W ity Clerk
