HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1981-01-12 NECESSITY RAVINES OF BELL CREEK 19042 LMINUIES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN RAVINES OF BELL CREEK SUBDIVISION IN S W 1/4 of SECTION 15 On January 12, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 830 P M. Present Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity relative to installing street lights in Ravines of Bell Creek Subdivision in the S W. 1/4 of L Section 15, T. 1 S., R. 9 E , City of Livonia.
