MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 81-3-8-12 (Site Plan)

On May 20, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.05 P M. Present. Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald
Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura Absent Robert R
Bishop
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
an appeal submitted for James Hoseini requesting approval of plans for constructing
an addition to a fruit market to be located on southeast corner of Plymouth Road
and Garden in Section 36, City of Livonia
LThere were approximately nine people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 37 P M , May 20, 1981
