MINUTES OF PUBLIC BEARING ON PROJECT PLAN FOR
NML-BROCK LIVONIA VENTURE PROJECT
LINCLUDING ISSUANCE OF BONDS BY
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On June 8, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 1016 P. M. Present. Robert D Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald
Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A. Ventura
Absent: None.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the amended Project Plan recommended by
the Economic Development Corporation of the City of Livonia consisting of a 204 unit
Holiday Inn Motel and Holidome recreational area and related improvements to be
Llocated near the intersection of Six Mile Road and 1-96/275.
There were approximately fifteen people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10:17 P. M. , June 8, 1981.
