HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1981-06-08 PETITION 1979-08-01-27 19331 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On June 8, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:44 P. M. . Present: Robert D. Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: None. Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No 5L3, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled. The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M.S.A. Section 5.2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Trivcnia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance Petition 79-8-1-27, submitted by Eugene and Arthur Pulice for a change of zoning of property located north of Five Mile Road, west of Hubbard in the Southwest 1/1+ of Section 15, from R-1 to P. (One Family Residential to Parking). Petition 81-3-1-9, submitted by Gary and Sandra Bidle for a change of zoning of property located on the east side of Merriman Road between Seven Mile and Curtis in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, from R-3 and R-5 to RUF (One Family Residential to Rural Urban Farm) . Petition 81-3-1-8, submitted by Elite Properties of Michigan, Inc. , for a change of zoning of property located on the west side of Angling Road, south of Eight Mile Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1, from RUF to P.S. (Rural Urban Farm to Professional Service) . Petition 80-6-1-20, submitted by L. & H. Associates for a change of zoning of property located on the east side of Stark Road, north of Plymouth Road in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, from R-1 & C-2, to C-1 (One Family Residential and General Business to Local Business).
