MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 6
On March 23, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 37 P. M Present* Robert D. Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald
D. Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann and Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 6, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended,
petitioned for by Allmand Associates, Inc
There were approximately eighty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
lowby the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 02 P. M. , March 23, 1981
