HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1981-09-28 PETITON 1981-05-02-09 19525 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 81-5-2-9 (Waiver Use) imfir On September 28, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:13 P. M. . Present: Robert D. Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a Public Hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Roaring 20' s to construct a family restaurant on property zoned C-2 and located on the north side of Schoolcraft Service Drive between Inkster and. Middlebelt Roads in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, City of Livonia. There were approximately forty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
