HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1981-10-07 NECESSITY WINDRIDGE 195 +7 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN WINDRIDGE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 3 IN SECTION 4 On October 7, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:31 P. M . Present Robert D. Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald Taylor, Robert E McCann and Peter A. Ventura. Absent Alice Gundersen and Robert R. Bishop. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity relative to installing street lights in Windridge Village Subdivision No 3, Llocated in Section 4, City of Livonia There were approximately twelve people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
