HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1980-04-21 NECESSITY RICHLAND 18539 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT L OF RICHLAND AVENUE, EAST OF STARK ROAD On April 21, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President at 9 35 P. M Present Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura Absent Robert D Bennett and Robert F Nash The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the improvement of Richland Avenue, East of Stark Road, in the City of Livonia There were approximately thirty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 15 P M , April 21, 1980 W.1 ---: (7//,‘ '19----6- 1 ADDISONBACO , ty C erk
