HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1980-01-14 NECESSITY NEW JOY SUB 18306 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN NEW JOY SUBDIVISION AND NEW JOY SUBDIVISION NO 2 IN THE S E 1/4 OF SECTION 32 On January 14, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 05 P M Present Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, and Robert E McCann Absent Peter A Ventura The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity relative to installing street lights in New Joy Subdiaision and New Joy Subdivision No 2, in the S E 1/4 of Section 32, City of Livonia There were approximately sixty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 25 P M , January 14, 1980 tea- C 4+4 v P ADDISON wi ACON, 9 ty Clerk
